First week at new firm !!

Its nice to get a chance to work around the current technology... that to AJAX !!!

YES... Iam working on the AJAX, bit tuff compared to my last job... but iam totally excited !!!! We have got some very good ideas to implement on AJAX. I think i will make use of this oppurtunity to learn AJAX in deep.

People around me at the new firm is very good, They are very fast in their work. Even at the first day with in 20 minutes i got my official mail id, and everything installed in my system. There was some problem with the computer mouse , 2day they have changed it with the optical mouse. Really the things are doing in very fast..!!! (In traditional firms i would take atleast one week to get the system, mail id ,etc...).

I will write about our product in the next week !!!

farewell

This will be my last blog from L&T bangalore works !!!!

Today is my last working day at L&T, Monday onwards i will be working for one of the other firm(I will write about my new
company in my next blog.)

Today its a cloudy day, i have came back from my native place two days back(feeling home sickness !!), Iam writing all
these words bit emotionally, the reason iam leaving the company which i serve for 5 months. I enjoyed a lot to work with
the L&T team, from engineers to managers, also iam proud to be part of a J-Link developement team.


I have always had a good rapport with the colleagues, always opened to the suggestions of the people around me.

First of all i should thankful to top management to give me an oppurtunity to work with L&T

Avinash, he helped me a lot(He is a man with Ideas.... Damn good ideas).

Anjo george, i alwyas say he is my mentor !!!

Abhilash, he usually tests the new releases and upgradation to the intranet.

Sujith, helped me in testing also created custom pictures and logos.

Christo, part of J-Link developement team, hardworking guy with lot of experiance in hand. I have always
enjoyed working with him. Even we start solving the problem with the laugh, we speak a lot in between the work, but end
of the day the problem will be solved !!!

Hey.., Iam here again after some weeks !!!


I was bit busy with my interviews.. Atlast i got selected!! Hmmmm!!!!!!

Yes.., i got a new job with company as associate web developer, as i have to leave my last job, because my project with the company got over(my contract too !!!). I have an opportunity to extend contract as a Java programmer for customization of a S/W, but i didn't see any future growth in it and i thankfully rejected that offer !!. I will be always missing the employees of my last company where i have worked. especially Anjo,Abhilash,Christo and new guy Sujith.

What is DOM ???

The Document Object Model (DOM) is an application programming interface (API) for valid HTML and well-formed XML documents. It defines the logical structure of documents and the way a document is accessed and manipulated.

Hey...,
These are the questions asked in my todays interview.. Really they have asked lot of theory about DOM(I have never read it before. I have just used DOM functions like getElementById(),getElementByTagName(),... etc... and some prototype functions like $F(),$A()...etc).

Iam going to read W3C specifications today..

Nothing new

I have missed about two months in this blog !!! Did not get time at all !!

Last 3 days were memorable days in my Life !!!



As a person i had some bad happenings.. as my business point of view these 3 days were very good !!! (May be this is called the balance of nature !!!)

The bad thing that happened in last three days could have avoided !!! but it was inevitable, i do agree that i was wrong somewhere !!! But that has disturbed my mind a lot, iam recovering from it slowly and steadily !!!

The Good thing that happened is we (Amit and me) made some business proposal to a foriegn client. It is on its nascent stage of discussions, but i have a lot of faith in it !!!


Amit, is a person with attitude !!! really he is the person who can motivate people near to him !!! He worked hard to know the latest happenings in the information technology and put forwarded a proposal to our first client ( Amit, u r one of the great !!, The article u send me about WEB 2.0 was marvellous!!). Almost all days I chat with him over the gmail.


We have started community called "AJAXian" and "KLE college" in orkut !!!

I have one more friend by the name Kapasi, he is the BEST in scraping in orkut to the girls.. ( I have started using orkut about 5 months back and i made very less friends (Girls !!), he made it in two days !!! ). Keep it up Kapasi ... This is the time for enjoyment !!! hahahahah.
